1. Joining

The Partner Program is open to clubs, organisations and individuals aged 18 or over. AthleteXchange (“AX”) approves all applications and may decline or remove any partner at its discretion.

2. What you earn

You earn $7.50 (AUD) for each qualifying order. A qualifying order is a completed purchase or sale with an order value of $100 or more, made by a user who created a new AX account through your referral link.

3. One payout per order

Each order earns one payout. If both the buyer and seller were referred, the payout goes to the buyer’s referrer.

4. What doesn’t count

  • Users who already had an AX account before clicking your link
  • Cancelled, refunded, returned or disputed orders
  • Orders involving your own accounts, or accounts you control
  • Orders AX reasonably believes are staged, fraudulent or created mainly to earn payouts

AX may withhold or reverse any payout for these orders, including after it has been paid.

    5. Payouts

    Payouts are calculated once orders are complete and paid monthly to your nominated account. You may need to provide payment details and, if you operate as a business, your ABN. Payouts are inclusive of any GST, and you’re responsible for your own tax.

    6. Promoting AX

    • Clearly disclose that you earn from your link.
    • Don’t make claims about AX that aren’t true, including guarantees AX doesn’t offer.
    • Don’t run paid ads using the AthleteXchange name, or send spam.
    • Use AX’s name and logo only to promote the program.

    7. Changes and ending

    AX may change the rates or these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. You can leave the program at any time. AX may end the program or your participation with notice. Payouts already earned on completed qualifying orders will be paid unless they fall under section 4.
