Shop on AthleteXchange with confidence - if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.

You’re protected if:

  • Your item is never shipped
  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is significantly not as described
In these cases, you may be eligible for a full refund.

How it works

  • Secure payments
    Your payment is held until you receive your item
  • Tracked shipping
    Every order includes tracking so you can follow it door-to-door
  • Release of funds
    The seller is only paid after delivery is confirmed

If there’s an issue

Once your item is delivered, you have 3 days (72 hours) to report a problem.
After that:
  • The order is considered complete, or
  • Once you confirm everything is okay
Items that have been used are not eligible for refunds.

Important to know

  • All payments and communication must stay on AthleteXchange to be covered
  • Orders paid outside the platform (bank transfer, PayPal, cash, etc.) are not protected
  • In-person transactions are not covered

Delivery notes

If tracking shows your item as delivered, it is considered delivered.
If you can’t locate it, check with neighbours or your local carrier first.

We review each case individually and make final decisions based on the situation.
