- 14 days after you mark the item as shipped
Tracked delivery = proof

If a buyer opens a dispute:
- They must provide evidence through the AthleteXchange dispute process
- We review both sides before making a decision.
- If a refund is approved because the item arrived damaged or is significantly not as described, you cover return shipping and the item is returned to you.
Important to know
- All communication and payments must stay on AthleteXchange to be covered
- Orders won’t be refunded while they are still in transit (unless confirmed lost by the carrier)
