How you’re protected

We collect and hold the buyer’s payment until the order is completed. - Guaranteed payout timing
Your payment is released when:- The buyer marks the item as received, or
- 14 days after you mark the item as shipped
- Tracked delivery = proof
If tracking shows the item has been delivered, the order is considered complete.
If a buyer raises an issue
If a buyer opens a dispute:
- They must provide evidence through the AthleteXchange dispute process
- We review both sides before making a decision.
Important to know
- All communication and payments must stay on AthleteXchange to be covered
- Orders won’t be refunded while they are still in transit (unless confirmed lost by the carrier)
