You can message any seller directly through AthleteXchange.
How to message a seller
- Go to the product listing
- Scroll down to the seller section
- Click Contact next to the seller’s profile
- Send your message
Where messages appear
All messages are managed in your inbox:
- Buyer Inbox → messages about items you’re buying
- Seller Inbox → messages about items you’re selling
Important
- You must reply within AthleteXchange (not via email)
- Keep all communication on-platform to stay protected
