Shipping on AthleteXchange is simple and fully tracked from start to finish.
For Buyers
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address
- You’ll see the exact cost before confirming your order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery
For Sellers
- Item sells
Once your item is purchased, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label - Pack & ship
Send your item using Australia Post - Mark as shipped
Update the order once it’s been sent so tracking is activated
Tracking & delivery
- All orders include tracked shipping
- Tracking is shared with both buyer and seller in the order chat
- Delivery status is used to confirm when an order is complete
Important to know
- Shipping addresses can’t be changed after checkout
- Always ship using the provided label to stay protected
